Enjoy a magnificently appointed 3 bedroom villa with its own secluded sunny terrace and views of the Tongariro River or mountains beyond. The Villa provides plenty of space along with quality furnishings. Enjoy separate, open plan lounge and dining areas with snug armchairs, deep drapes and sky television. Your villa has a private bathroom and ensuite facilities, a full kitchen, laundry and free Wi-Fi. King beds and a variety of bedding options are available upon request.
The main lodge is for your enjoyment also During your stay with us we encourage you to partake in the full Tongariro Lodge experience and to enjoy the unique experience our Lodge provides, including the best of hospitality,dining and outdoor activities .

Please feel free to utilise our main lodge at any time at your leisure to either relax in our comfortable lounges,enjoy a coffee or drink from our bar ,read a book or the daily newspaper in front of the open fire.In the evenings we welcome you to join fellow guests for a pre dinner drink ,before enjoying our wonderful dining experience.In the mornings our cooked breakfasts will set you up for the days activities.

This area truly is an outdoor wonderland and our staff have first hand experience and are very knowledgable about all the activities on offer and can recommend and reserve the very best trout fishing and outdoor activity guides and operators available for you.

Nice place but a bit tired

We enjoyed our stay but the kitchen, bathrooms and living space needs a refresh. U get the impression the place is very much trading on its name. That said, location is excellent and its clean and tidy.

Spacious and warm villa with stunning views

+ •Kitchen with all utilities - cutlery, micro, plunger, kettle, oven, gas, dishwasher •Separate dining & lounge area •Wooden Fire gaze •Heaters for all rooms •Extra bedding available •Outside furniture for extra chill •Good sized rooms & Bath rooms along the tub - with all amenties provided. - Didn’t like the shower ~ One shower worked well with hot water but other stopped having hot water after 1 person had a bath.

We loved it! Our house was nothing g that we expected! Such a nice place for the price!

Peaceful haven

If you want some peace and quiet within a few minutes of Turangi, this is your place. Set amongst mature trees with lots of bird life, and an easy stroll to the Tongariro River, this beautiful chalet can't be beaten. And a gentle walk to the main lodge area will satisfy any additional culinary desires! For those who want to soak in a hot pool, there's a spa within the grounds as well! Highly recommended.

Quiet, calm, peaceful, comfortable. Professional without intrusive. The main sitting room in the villa was made to feel like the most comfortable outdoor living space you have ever been in. The covered parking was a nice touch. Relaxation would be the one word descriptor.

Property is very big and was very nice. Lots of cobwebs though and no bbq at the soecific villa where we stayed however it said there should be one. Also no salt or pepper or oil for cooking so have to take it all with you

5 stars do not do this property justice. It is a fabulous 3 bedroom property with great mountain views and a quiet setting. From the fully-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, not an item was missed. Truly a jewel in the Tongariro area.
