The property met our needs in every way.We were able to play cricket on the lawn,kayak,and accommodate our extended family for a barbecue on the first night,and birthday cake after a wonderful meal at a restaurant on the second night.As there were some older people with mobility issues it was perfect.No stairs.While the weather wasn’t great ,it didn’t really matter as there were games,cards,and jigsaw puzzles.Would love to come back in the future.Heather and Barry
