Can sit back and admire the view from the deck, the lounge or master bedroom. Easy vehicle distance to major attractions. Bonus that ferry to Whitianga is only a few minutes away. Would love to come back again some time.

Wonderful Original Property

A lot of love and care has been put into this house which is clearly also a home for Suzy. One of our favourite stays of our tour 17 stop tour of New Zealand. Thank you for sharing it with us Suzy, it will remain our Happy Place !

Magnificent views of Cooks beach & quirky comfortable holiday home

This was a special location. We loved the options for outside living - downstairs deck, upstairs deck (off master) and the backyard with pizza oven. The house is stocked with everything you might need and more. Suzy was great communicating with us re the impending arrival of cyclone Gabrielle, and offer to stay longer if we got stuck. We recommend this as a holiday spot !

Amazing stay at Cooks Beach

We had a wonderful time at Suzy’s stunning place. Very comfortable with a beautiful interior and great layout. Loved the deck area and amazing views. Suzy was an incredible host, super friendly and very helpful. Awesome to have access to kayaks. Lovely location, handy to the beach. Would definitely be keen to return. Max the dog was just darling - also a great host! We miss Suzy and Max already!Thank you for helping us to have such an amazing time!

Both the gas hob and oven were not working properly and needs to be updated.Kitchen bench stools old and very uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture also old and needing upgrading.Be warned there are no insect screens and the mossies bombarded us at night.

"Spectacular" Stay at Suzy's - Cook Beach

Suzy's holiday home is spectacular! She has created a french flair inside and out. Her creativeness was wonderful to embrace. The view, the outdoor entertainment areas, and all the beautiful decor made it such an interesting stay. We were lucky enough to meet Suzy during our stay and learnt about the build of her home and items she has collected over the years. She was an incredible host and an inspiration to our family. We hope to revisit again and will certainly tell friends about Suzy and her home. We had such a great stay!
