Our home very close to Rotorua CBD. In the peaceful neighbourhood of Tihi-O-Tonga with uninterrupted views over Rotorua city and the Rotorua lake. A 5 minute bike ride to the world renowned Redwood Mountain Bike.Access from home garden to Tihiotonga Centennial Park. which is a huge area planted and landscaped with lovely walks. including the addition of a BBQ, toilet, picnic tables, Maple Grove and Peace Memorial.

Open kitchen dining room, spacious and bright living room, three bedroom on upstairs. One bedroom with superking size bed, second bedroom with queen bed and third bedroom with 2 long single beds.
One room downstairs has queen bed, also has one bathroom and separate toilet.
Washing machine and dryer laundry. Towels and linens are included.

Excellent location. The house is huge. Way more than the 4 of us needed, but it was still a wonderful stay, with excellent views of the area. The sheep in the field next to the house werr fun to watch. Hot tub was nice and the host was super responsive. Its also very close to the Te Puia thermal wonderland, so you get to see the light show every night. I highly recommend this spot to stay.

The house is great, exactly as the photos. Very spacious and with sun light. Heaps of heaters everywhere, we stayed warm and cozy. Thank you for the owners to allow us feel like in our own home.

Spacious Home with Stunning Views and a Great Spa

We had a great winter stay at this large four-bedroom house in Rotorua. The home is very spacious with amazing views, and the heaters kept it nice and warm the whole time. The highlight was definitely the spa – perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication from the property manager was excellent and made everything easy. The house is a little dated and could have been a touch cleaner, but neither of these things affected our stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable place, especially if you want plenty of space and a great spa to soak in!

Incredible view

We enjoyed our stay at aww sheep. The back deck with a view over Rotorua was stunning and we really enjoyed having meals out there. The hot tub was a real treat. The house itself could use some updating, but was clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The downstairs bathroom/laundry was lacking a counter top to get ready for the day, so we were all having to use one bathroom sink for the most part, but just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend staying here for the view alone!

There's no surprises at Awww Sheep, the property is as described and represented in photos to meet or exceed expectations. Tremendous view, excellent hot tub, good amenities. Our group of 8 people were in town for a conference and it was only 10 mins drive into town. Prompt communication from the owner when needed. We did have some issues getting the oven up to temperature to roast a meal so that will be checked by the owner. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for larger groups and families as we were all very happy with our stay.

Rotorua weekend Away

Terrible experience I won’t recommend . Cleanliness of property was awful . Huge can of Raid left in property … mmh interesting . Realized why when the cockroaches found their way out . Ended in friends washing back in Auckland . Contacted host . Was absolutely lovely when receiving my money , when I ask for particular refund due to my experience she became a different person . Rude , arrogant and just so unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. She finally gave me a $30 refund and told me this is to stop you messaging me . Accepted zero ownership that her property was filthy. Instead made it like I’m the problem . Never 👎 again and I really hope people read this and don’t book with her due to her attitude .

book 10 people, but come with 13 people. we need to charge the extra people, she treaten me if i charge her, she will give me a negative feedback, that what i got, i did charge her. Only good thing about her, she keep the house tidy and clean. Please book with right number of people, very annoying me to spend time to deal with this kind of case and always get back feedback from them.
