A sunny, bright home overlooking the Mount Maunganui Golf Course with a beach access across the road. 5 minutes walk to the Omanu Beach shops with a dairy, liquor store, fish and chips, and the popular Surf Road cafe/restaurant.

5 minutes drive to Bayfair Shopping Centre and Baywave swimming pools. 5-10 minutes drive to the main Mount Maunganui Beach.

This is a family home that is rented out while we are away so it has everything families need for their relaxing stay, including toys for the kids and parks a short walk away.

Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100.00 per stay); Linen (included); $100 for any sand in the spa pool

The best vacay for a larger group

Really enjoyed our time here. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view of the golf course and short walk to the beach is amazing. The best accommodation we’ve had after several summers with friends in the mount.

Good stay for large family. Children liked the spa. Two large ranch sliders onto deck have no vision rail mid height, and one of the children ran into to it. Recommend contrasting safety vision strips be applied to the glass in accordance with NZ Standard for glass doors.
