Beautiful beach location with stunning views

Rosemary Cottage is private quiet and peaceful. Located 30 minutes north of Wellington it is the ideal spot to to enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the Kapiti coast. It is a short walk to the lovely expansive beach and the village has many lovely cafes and restaurants as well as a great Saturday market The cottage is totally self contained and very well equipped. The deck is the perfect place for outdoor dining and barbeques. There is a wood burner which is perfect for those colder nights.

Kāpiti trip

Cozy cottage, clean and tidy, comfy beds, great view, really handy for Paraparaumu and an early start for a visit to Kāpiti island. Easy, quick communication with the owners. We had a great time. Look forward to staying again.

Spacious and well appreciated cottage

Very happy with our stay in this comfortable and spacious cottage. The under cover parking is a bonus as the weather was somewhat wet. Good indoor outdoor living? Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Rosemary Cottage had everything that was necessary and more. A roomy, clean and comfortable house with wonderful views of Kapiti Island as well as being just a short walk to the town centre. A perfect place to stay.

Home away from home

Fabulous property with lots of separate areas inside and out which was great when travelling with older teenage children. View from balcony to Kapiti island was stunning and convenient location.
