Fantastic Stay with a Fabulous View

This townhouse is absolutely wonderful, with a mountain feel and all the comforts needed. The property is clean, up-to-date and included lots of little touches to make it comfortable and feel like home. The location is just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and, although the lake is super low, the views of the mountains are still spectacular. I would highly recommend this property.

Just outside the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough. Enjoyed the yard and our morning coffee in the third floor rockers. We were very comfortable. Thank you!

Wonderful lake getaway

Waking up to the lake view and ease of getting on and off the lake was fabulous. The property was very comfortable, well cared for and a great location for a family/friends getaway.

Check in was great, location was good. Condo was nice, when we checked the bed on the lower we found bugs, we called guest services and all the bedding was replaced in the unit.

We take guest concerns seriously and are committed to addressing and resolving any issues as quickly as possible. We accommodated these guests with an early check-in at 8:30 AM, and the issue with the bug wasn't reported until 7:30 PM. The guest mentioned a single bug (not multiple) and provided a very blurry video when asked for photos, making it difficult to identify the bug. Upon investigation, our housekeeping team visited the room and determined that the 'bug' was actually a spider. Although we wish all interactions with nature could be more controlled, sometimes the occasional interaction can surprise us and wander in from the outside. Housekeeping promptly checked and replaced the linens as part of their follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction This home is a recent addition to our inventory, and we completely agree – the lakefront location is exceptional. We're confident you'll enjoy it just as much!

Even better than the pictures. Beautiful property we could tell was well cared for and thoughtfully set up for all ages - we were pleasantly surprised to even find kids dinner ware, baby gates, a booster chair, kids bath toys, and baby monitor! We would love to return to this property and recommend 100%.

Beacon Landing - Family Trip

We had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, close to Grand Lake (town) without all the business, on beautiful Granby Lake. The views were amazing, all day long. The condo was amazing. Very comfortable furniture and beds and extremely well stocked, with quality products (dishes, cookware, linens, soaps, etc.). Special shoutout for families with small children - there are gates for the stairs, pack n play, monitor, booster, plates, cups and silverware for toddlers (most of which is brand new and not used yet). Lots of extra fans to place where needed, when needed. Lovely selection of books, puzzles, games. Coloring and craft supplies for kiddos. Management was very communicative. We didn't need anything during our stay, but the prior guests left some items and management was great at communicating with us to retrieve them. Really hope we get the opportunity to return, it was a great place.
