LIVING AREA

The living area combines comfort and style with luxurious Southwestern decor. From colorful throw pillows to intricate native art, every detail adds warmth and charm to the space. Large windows allow natural light to flood in while providing continuous views of the surrounding vistas. The open layout flows effortlessly onto the deck, where you can relax under the New Mexico sky, enjoying the serene atmosphere.



KITCHEN AND DINING

Prepare meals in the naturally lit and fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. The adjacent dining area features a handcrafted wooden table with seating for six, offering the perfect setting for family meals or gatherings. Large windows continue to highlight the home’s spectacular views, making every meal a scenic experience.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom boasts a plush king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a jacuzzi tub - an ideal retreat after a day of exploring. The first guest bedroom also includes a king bed whereas the second guest bedroom offers a queen sized. These two bedrooms share a large hallway bathroom with dual vanities for added convenience. An additional powder room in the hallway ensures there's plenty of space for everyone..

The expansive deck is truly a highlight of this home, providing sweeping views of the surrounding Santa Fe landscape. The deck includes a gas BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor cookouts, and an outdoor dining table under the shaded portal for al fresco dining. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or an evening meal, the deck’s serene setting makes it the perfect spot to savor the beauty of New Mexico’s sunsets and starry nights.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- This home is cooled by an evaporative cooler rather than traditional A/C, which is standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate. Evaporative coolers are only available from May 15th - October 1st.

- The driveway is steep and may require a vehicle with 4-wheel drive in the winter months.

- This home is dog-friendly (for stays of 14 days or less only) with an additional $200 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.
