We loved the location to everything. Neighborhood setting and (especially) outdoor patio and entire landscaped space were idyllic. Don’t hesitate to book if this property is available and the layout works for your group.

Serenity lived up to its name! The house was a perfect retreat for our stay in Santa Fe - peaceful, spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The location made it easy to get to nearby shopping, restaurants and historic districts. The property itself was quiet and relaxing. It was exactly what we needed.

This is a beautiful casita set in a high desert garden with large windows that bring the New Mexico sky right into the room with you. Lovely, peaceful, and close to everything. A gem.

We have stayed at many different VRBO rentals around the country and this was our absolute favorite! The setting is perfect - close to town but not too close, extremely quiet, and offering beautiful sun rise views and absolutely gorgeous sun set views. The house itself is beautifully decorated with lovely local art and many interesting textile designs. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers every thing we could possibly need. (However, there are terrific restaurants nearby, including Clafoutis, Maria’s, the Pantry and La Choza. )(And, there is also a Trader Joe’s just down the road! )The hosts couldn’t have been more hospitable - welcoming us and offering to assist in any way.We spent a month of sheer bliss in ‘The Land of Enchantment’ and look forward to returning again very soon.

This mid-century modern home was beautiful, CLEAN, comfy beds, & QUIET. The host thought of everything: cold bottled water ready for us to hydrate, coffee/tea, sunscreen and more! We stayed here for a week and loved the convenient location close to everything! The host answered all our questions immediately! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Most beautiful and comfortable vacation rental ever! Loved having morning coffee and sometimes dinner on the patio surrounded by nature and cool breezes. We regularly saw Mule Deer, rabbits, lizards, birds and pollinating bees, to this native gardener's delight!Quick easy Lyft rides wherever we wanted to go, without great expense.Hosts were charming and responsive to our requests, even when our requests were because we didn't carefully enough read the provided VRBO entry info. We enjoyed our stay at the Mod house! It was beautifully decorated and so peaceful! Our favorite part was enjoying dinner on the patio with our family. Check in was seemless and so easy! We cannot wait to come back!!

Christmas getaway

Great trip to Santa Fe! Location was close to all the restaurants, shopping, art galleries and museum. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would not hesitate to return. We were also glad to see a snow flurry on Christmas Day!

Beautiful stay in Santa Fe

We were very happy with our accommodation choice for our stay last week in Santa Fe. This casita is both beautiful and comfortable, with lovely art and details throughout. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed our morning coffee while sitting on the patio. The location is convenient making it easy to walk to many destinations. The hosts were gracious and touched base with us on arrival day to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a five star stay!

Amazing Amenities, Super comfortable

This house is adorable!! The owners clearly care about their property and take pride in every detail. Coffee in a pinch? Keurig. Coffee aficionado? Espresso maker and pour over options exist. The bathroom supplies were excellent. Beds were super comfortable - firm with soft pillows and fluffy comforter. The live plants added a healthful detail. It was also tastefully decorated with quality art and a lava lamp! Would be delighted to stay again!
