Serenity is a beautiful modern home that feels a million miles away from everything, but is situated just minutes to the Plaza, museums and shopping. It’s a spacious 1500 sq ft, 2BR, 1 Bath house with private gravel driveway for 3 cars. The lovely flagstone patio is attractively landscaped and looks out over a peaceful meadow, utterly private and serene. The Sangre de Cristo mountains and stunning New Mexico blue skies unfold in front on you. Serenity is a sanctuary for wildlife — you can see deer, rabbits and many birds on the patio or through the 8’ windows that span the living area. Poured concrete heated floors and 12’ ceilings finish the home in style. Come visit and enjoy the peace and tranquility at Serenity offers.

Serenity lived up to its name! The house was a perfect retreat for our stay in Santa Fe - peaceful, spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The location made it easy to get to nearby shopping, restaurants and historic districts. The property itself was quiet and relaxing. It was exactly what we needed.

This is a beautiful casita set in a high desert garden with large windows that bring the New Mexico sky right into the room with you. Lovely, peaceful, and close to everything. A gem.

This mid-century modern home was beautiful, CLEAN, comfy beds, & QUIET. The host thought of everything: cold bottled water ready for us to hydrate, coffee/tea, sunscreen and more! We stayed here for a week and loved the convenient location close to everything! The host answered all our questions immediately! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Most beautiful and comfortable vacation rental ever! Loved having morning coffee and sometimes dinner on the patio surrounded by nature and cool breezes. We regularly saw Mule Deer, rabbits, lizards, birds and pollinating bees, to this native gardener's delight!Quick easy Lyft rides wherever we wanted to go, without great expense.Hosts were charming and responsive to our requests, even when our requests were because we didn't carefully enough read the provided VRBO entry info. (Thanks for your patience, Willy! Do still think printed info in the house would be helpful and give you a break...)Comfy beds!

Christmas getaway

Great trip to Santa Fe! Location was close to all the restaurants, shopping, art galleries and museum. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would not hesitate to return. We were also glad to see a snow flurry on Christmas Day!

Beautiful stay in Santa Fe

We were very happy with our accommodation choice for our stay last week in Santa Fe. This casita is both beautiful and comfortable, with lovely art and details throughout. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful and we enjoyed our morning coffee while sitting on the patio. The location is convenient making it easy to walk to many destinations. The hosts were gracious and touched base with us on arrival day to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a five star stay!

This house is adorable!! The owners clearly care about their property and take pride in every detail. Coffee in a pinch? Keurig. Coffee aficionado? Espresso maker and pour over options exist. The bathroom supplies were excellent. Beds were super comfortable - firm with soft pillows and fluffy comforter. The live plants added a healthful detail. It was also tastefully decorated with quality art and a lava lamp! Would be delighted to stay again!

Wow!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at this awesome home. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and all of the furniture and beds are very comfortable. The large soaking tub and premium bath products made the stay even more enjoyable. The property is about a 5 minute drive to all of the places you want to get to in Santa Fe, the Plaza, Railyard, Canyon Rd and many great restaurants. The property is in a quiet road with a large backyard and open property with a nice view. We were visited by Deer, Birds and other wildlife. The hosts were easy to reach, and everything we needed was thought of before we arrived. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Santa Fe!

Joyce chose the main house on our property because of its dramatic contemporary lines. We built Serenity to reflect the style of Joyce’s home.

What makes this property unique

Serenity is a one of a kind modern property, situated on a quiet road, with a natural meadow coming from our well water. Enjoy on demand hot water and concrete floors with radiant heat. It is quiet, minimalist and cozy. The 12’ ceilings and 8 foot storefront windows open to the beautiful outdoor patio that overlooks the Sangre de Cristo mountains and the beautiful blue skies of northern New Mexico. The landscaped area gives way to a natural meadow where you will see deer, bees, birds and wildlife. Serenity is centrally located - less than one mile to the plaza, museum hill and shopping.
