The home offers A/C and heating rather than ceiling fans, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this. We were in communication during your stay and offered assistance with any concerns, but no further arrangements were made. Regarding the curtain rod, our cleaning team inspected the area, and the fixture has since been repaired. From the owner: "We're glad the location suited your needs and that the fenced-in front yard was a highlight during your stay. However, we're sorry to hear the cleanliness fell short of your expectations. Our cleaner, who sends us photos after each visit, did not report any issues, and everything appeared to be in good condition at the time. That said, we absolutely would have been happy to send someone back had we known there was a problem. The layout in the living area usually makes it difficult to miss anything underneath the furniture, so it was surprising to hear about the dust and trash.
