Cute and Convenient

This cute cottage was perfect for our busy family vacation. It’s conveniently located near downtown and the main road to other attractions. It was a perfect place to lay our very tired heads at the end of a busy day. Thanks for helping to make a fun vacation that much more enjoyable!

Great location close to Branson Landing!

We enjoyed staying at this 1940's bungalow close to downtown Branson. It is in walking distance, as long as you are up for a few hills, of Main Street and the Branson Landing shopping area. Communication was a breeze, and the property presented as described in the listing. Overall, a great stay. Thanks for hosting our family including our furry family members.

Host never contacted me when i questioned dirty laundry in the floor Throw pillows in the floor. Big deal for me was the inability to lock the window by the rear exit. Someone could absolutely come in thru that window. I cleaned the place so i could feel relaxed in a place.that should have already been cleaned when i got there. No one ever called me back.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading Renee’s feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-We take cleanliness and safety very seriously and are deeply concerned to hear about these issues, as we have no record of any calls, texts, or emails regarding these concerns during the stay.-Had we been notified, we would have immediately sent our team to address the cleaning and inspect the window lock, as we always prefer to rectify any issues on the spot.-Our home is professionally cleaned by an Evolve-approved provider, and we are currently following up with them to ensure our high standards are consistently met.-We have since performed a full maintenance check to ensure all windows and doors are secure and functioning perfectly for future arrivals.Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us maintain the best possible experience for our guests. The house is smaller than it seems but sufficed for our needs. It was clean on the surface but it obviously hadn't had a deep cleaning in awhile as there were cobwebs in windows and tons of dust and trash behind and under furniture. Bring a surge protector as there is only 1 outlet in each room. The furniture wasn't very comfortable but ok for a short stay. The best feature was the fenced in front yard even though the gate is finicky. A good location right off the strip and close to the landing and the wifi was consistent. The worst part were the floors. The advertisement tries to make it sound like a little slant but it was more like trying to walk when you are drunk. It was not good for someone that is unsteady on their feet.

However, we're sorry to hear the cleanliness fell short of your expectations. Our cleaner, who sends us photos after each visit, did not report any issues, and everything appeared to be in good condition at the time. That said, we absolutely would have been happy to send someone back had we known there was a problem. The layout in the living area usually makes it difficult to miss anything underneath the furniture, so it was surprising to hear about the dust and trash. Thank you for letting us know about your visit."
