A very comfortable and convenient property--especially if you love the Latin Quarter. Mere steps to the Pantheon, and many, many great restaurants nearby. Metro stop (Maubert) and taxi queue easily accessed down the hill. The washer and dryer made choosing this apartment a no-brainer for us. Quentin is a GREAT host--excellent communications and very accomodating! Enjoy Paris !!

We loved the apartment! The location was perfect- very easy access to public transportation and less than a 10 minute walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. It had everything we needed- kitchen, washer/dryer etc, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. He met me in person to hand off the key and was easy to reach if I had questions. Highly recommend.

Latin Quarter Apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this charming and spacious apartment in the Latin Quarter. Located in a beautiful historic building, the apartment is full of light thanks to its many windows and offers a true Parisian experience. The space was comfortable, and very well equipped — we especially appreciated the modern, high-pressure shower and the well-appointed kitchen, which had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was also a huge plus due to the length of our trip.The location couldn’t be better — tucked into a lively, walkable neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It felt like everything we wanted to see was just around the corner.A few things to note for future guests: like many older Paris buildings, there’s no elevator, and you do need to climb three flights of stairs (62 steps) to reach the apartment, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Also, as is common in Paris, there is no central air conditioning, so during particularly hot summer days, you’ll need to rely on open windows for ventilation. It was fine for us, but something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to heat.The apartment is the host’s primary residence, so you’ll find personal items in the space — this made it feel homey and lived-in, though it may not suit someone looking for a more neutral or hotel-like setting.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Caution!! This listing is not accurately described or portrayed I honestly cannot believe that this owner listed this property in the condition it’s in. I’m uncertain who did the previous positive reviews, but there is no way those reviews are currently accurate. This listing may have been nice at one time, but no longer. My husband and I i’m not complaining. We can rough it as much as the next guy. That said, when we arrived we found a bed with no pillows, only throw pillows (see photos). A bathroom with no hand towel towels, a broken, toilet seat, and a closet almost full of the owners personal belongings and dirty cupboards stuffed & taped with duct, tape, Who would let family or friends stay in their home under these conditions…. Much less someone who is paying. The young man listing the property warned us not to let anyone know we were staying there and to pretend like we were friends or family. That was our first red flag! That issue aside, I truly believe the property owner is out of touch with what a proper place to stay looks like. The location of the flat may be nice, but what’s the point if you’re miserably uncomfortable during your stay? We requested a refund, and he has not provided it. Another red flag and cautionary note for anyone wanting to rent this property. Steer clear! It will cost you!

Super endroit

Très tres bien situé, tout juste a l'arrière du Panthéon sans les inconvénients du surtourisme. Bien équipé, beau logement, grande douche, toutes les commodités (sauf t.v. et machine a café) Plein de services a proximité et transport facile.
