Excellent location in "old town" and walkable to most everything that I was there for. I parked my car on Thursday and did not need to go back to it until Monday.
Everything was excellent but I would recommend putting up blinds or blackout curtains over the window. Since the unit is in the basement, you can see in the room from the sidewalk. Every time we walked by the window on the sidewalk, we could see in the unit, especially the bed and when it was dark outside and lights were on in the unit, it was an open book for individuals walking by. I understand the need for natural light with it being a basement unit, but privacy is more important. Other than that, the unit, amenities, location, parking was great.
Overall the place was clean and tidy. It is in a basement and in the hallways there is a persistent musty smell, however, inside the apartment you don't smell it. Your clothes will come home smelling like it though. The sheets were less than desirable to sleep on, however the bed was comfortable. Maybe invest in a little nicer, softer sheet. The apartment is centrally located and you can walk to pretty much everything in the old town / downtown area. This particular management company requires you to be out by 10am and start laundry and do dishes, which for the per night price you pay with all the fees and taxes, you could probably stay at a hotel. They also had left previous laundry - towel and sheets, in the dryer when we arrived.
