This condo was so comfy for our week in town. Safe, secure, and spacious. Loved the layout with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends of the apartment, loved the little balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area, and we definitely enjoyed lots of time at the pool!

Property was very cute, clean and fully stocked with necessities/ amenities. Room has a great view of the pool. The pool area has a good vibe. Located close to the airport but I don't recall hearing flight noise. Would totally stay here again.

Yes we had a lovely stay. The balcony view was spectacular over looking the pool and hot tub. They decor was pretty and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the location was great!

Property specifically the pool was well maintained and clean. The outside facilities with the ping pong table, foosball and cornhole were in really bad shape Some of the monitors that control the light and ceiling fans were missing batteries

The unit was beautiful, well-stocked kitchen, very convenient location (15 min to Desert Botanical Gardens and 15 min to Downtown Phoenix Symphony Hall) and 10 min to cute Tempe downtown. Bathrooms are roomy and great water pressure in showers! We'd definitely stay again! The ONLY downside was the fact the unit was on the second floor, so a full set of stairs was required to access, just FYI. This unit is located in a gated community, and has a view of the beautiful pool area. Great stay!

We are so sorry the pool closed. We had no idea and we did reach out to the office and they stated it was only closed for 1 day since they had to shock the pool with chemicals. As for the floor, we did not get any messgeas like this during yours stay and no other guest has mentioned this. We will have maintenance check it out. Thank you!

When my kids walked in, their response was "Could this place be any nicer?". This really was a very nice second-floor unit. That was well stocked, in a quiet area with parking (this unit had parking that was covered with a little overhang). We only stayed two nights, but I think my family wished we had another day there to enjoy a little more pool time.

The pool was advertised to be warm - it was not. There were so many detailed instructions on what to do/not do that I was nervous about doing something wrong the whole stay. We were given explicit directions on how to treat the ‘expensive’ bath towels - they were rough and mine had bleach stains. I still don’t know where thee ‘black bin’ was for the garbage - so we took it with us. Would have been much less money and expectations if we’d stayed in a hotel.

While the grounds and pool at this property were fantastic, our actual stay did not meet expectations. The interior was a major disappointment. The bed was not the one shown in the listing photos; instead, it was a very thin, uncomfortable mattress on a basic steel frame left low to the ground. The overall quality of the unit felt cheap. The kitchen and bedroom were missing handles, a broken mirror, and a coffee maker that simply didn't work.To make matters worse, the owner was dismissive when we raised these concerns, even going so far as to 'explain' how to use a bed rather than addressing the discrepancy from the photos. VRBO customer service was equally disappointing—they were slow to respond and failed to follow through on our case. We loved the outdoor area, but the poor indoor conditions and lack of support made this a very frustrating stay."

We do want to clarify a few points for future guests: Bed: The bed in the home is the same setup shown in the listing photos. When you raised concerns about the headboard/pillows and mattress shifting, we responded right away and provided immediate troubleshooting (including suggesting a simple adjustment to keep the mattress and pillows flush). We also flagged it to our team to inspect. Coffee maker: The coffee maker was functioning prior to arrival. When you reported trouble, we took it seriously and purchased and hand-delivered a replacement the same day to ensure you were taken care of. (The next guest used the original unit without issue, but we still prioritized your experience in the moment.) Amenities access items: You reported missing wristbands; we responded quickly and confirmed you could use the fob for amenity access so you weren’t inconvenienced. We take maintenance and guest comfort seriously and address concerns as soon as we’re notified. We’re sorry this stay didn’t match your preferences, but we do want future travelers to know we were responsive and took concrete steps to resolve the issues in real time.

The apartment was very clean and furnishings were very nice. Toiletries were sufficient. The quality of the toilet paper could use an upgrade. I recommend bringing a roll of your own. I would have appreciated getting the instructions about the virtual check in a day before, not an hour before checkin. The washer didn’t work and the host didn’t seem very concern. Only upon inquiry did they mention that there was a laundry mat nearby (no address disclosed) and didn’t offer discount or even a 15 waiver for the fee I paid for an additional hour for a late checkout of 12pm. When I tried to lock up using the virtual key, the system defaulted to the 11am checkout time and wouldn’t let me lock up. When I alerted the host that I couldn’t lock up, she said they took the late checkout fee but forgot to extend the time.

Fantastic for almost adult children

1) The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated! So pretty, I want the same interior designer. 2) The amenities were also immaculate and well thought out. We were traveling with our 20 year old and 17 year old sons. They are way too old for water slides and this resort pool with Free private cabanas was perfect! They could hang out and watch the big tv's in the outdoor clubhouse while in the resort style pool with lights and a waterfall. The outdoor tables by all of the lounge chairs were wireless chargers for their phones (Amazing detail). Foosball, table tennis, pool table. They used the onsite gym every day of our stay which was steps from the pool and hot tub. On the corner about 500 feet from the property were a couple of great fast casual restaurants they could walk to and the Chicago Cubs ballpark was only a 10 minute drive. 3) The customer service was outstanding. There were mechanical issues with our plane from Chicago.. Have you ever heard of a plane flooding mid-air and having to turn around? Me either. We arrived 5 hours late and I was extremely stressed when we go there and had to call to get the door instructions repeated. The woman who spoke with me was so kind and so patient. I really wish I could buy her a drink to thank her for helping me. Then I bothered her again a short time later because my sons wanted to watch the March Madness games and within minutes the channel was added to our tv. I cannot say enough good things about this place.
