This Amazing 4 Bed, 2 Bath home features a pool (non-heated), new luxury finishes, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom tile floors, and high end furnishings. Close to plenty of shopping and restaurants, and only 2 miles from Arizona State University and Tempe Town Lake.

You'll find a large sectional sofa and huge flat screen tv connected to the web for Netflix and Hulu.

Kitchen
For those who like to cook, the kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances including: dishwasher, fridge, stove top, coffee maker, pots and pans, and utensils.

Bathroom
The two bathrooms are stocked with items including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels.

Bedrooms
Four nicely sized bedrooms with beds covered in comfortable luxury linens. Master bedroom has a King bed, 2 Bedrooms have a Queen bed, and 1 room has a Queen and Bunk Bed. Home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests based on single and double occupancy and use of sofas.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed for my student's ASU graduation and it was perfect! Pool is well kept, game room was so fun! Lots of space for sitting and lounging. Excellent property!

Great Stay

The house was very spacious and had a great layout for our needs. We were in town for our daughter's college graduation. We had planned on doing much of our own cooking/food prep. I wish the kitchen had been a little better furnished. Also, the clothes iron situation needs to be addressed.

Arizona stay

The house was the perfect set up for our group. The kitchem was well stocked with the essential items that are needed for everyday use. Inside the cleanliness was good but the outside needed a deep clean. The team was easy to deal with, our umbrella was broken and the next day a parcel was at the door with a new one . I would stay again

Family time in Tempe

The home has a lot of space, with great areas for groups to sit and visit, eat, or game. The kitchen is well supplied, though cabinets and drawers all needed a good cleaning. The tile floor was swept, but was in need of scrubbing. Bedrooms had good closet space, but could use furniture to set suitcases on, or some drawer space to use while visiting. Very nice outdoor area. Bring your own wood for the firepit, which you'll enjoy. A few tweaks by the company owning this home, and it will be terrific.

Comfortable property in convenient location

Great place for a weekend escape from the Canadian winter. Pool was cool which was expected given the cooler weather in Phoenix. Home came equipped with everything you need but remember to grab firewood if you want to use the fire pit. We did experience an issue with the original checkin code but was able to use the emergency contact number to resolve the issue.

Great location

The house is spacious and has many amenities. The location is great for getting around the Tempe area and into other phoenix neighborhoods. We felt like it needs some updating and a deep clean. We had to rewash dishes that were put away dirty. The listing says beach towels will be provided but we only found one. There were plenty of bath towels that we used at the pool but some were in linen closet with soured smell and unusable. We couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink unless we ran the shower for a minute or 2 first. Overall, good space but needs better cleaning procedures.

Conventionally located

Overall was a great stay. We had an issue with one of the showers not draining and they sent someone out right away. The last night the key pad died and we couldn't get in. There is an emergency key in a lockbox and gave me the code so we could get in. The master bedroom and game stay warmer than the rest of the house. It's not bad just definitely a noticeable difference. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained.

This place was fantastic for us. We had made reservations for 9 of us to stay there but only 4 were able to make it. Unfortunately we were there for my step-fathers funeral and Mother nature (in the way of cancelling flights) made it difficult for all of us to get together. This house was perfect for us as I grew up in the neighborhood even went to both Connolly Jr. High and McClintock High School and my step-father was Superintendent of Tempe School Distr. for 25 years. The back yard was a great place to just relax!!! Thanks so much

Find another house!

We were very disappointed in the advertising of 2 bathrooms and in reality we had one bathroom and one toilet that worked. We told the co. about and nothing was done, both bathroom sinks drain VERY SLOWLY, and they have the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels and then not enough. They did send toilet paper which was much better. They knew we were 8 adults but had silverware for 6. I would not recommend this place till they spend the money to get the bathrooms working properly

Pool not cleaned in 5 day stay and outside cockroaches.

Inside of the house is nice and clean. It perfectly accommodated a large family. Beds are not great and very squeaky with the smallest movement. The pool filter or skimmer was broke so the water was stagnant and dirty for our 5 day stay. Cockroaches come out on the patio and have to be netted out of the pool. They did Amazon us some spray to help. We only saw one cockroach inside the last night of our stay in the bathroom sink. Otherwise there was no sign of them inside. We did ask for some sort of refund for not having a clean functioning pool and they did refund $300.

Great time in AZ!

House was great and exactly what we wanted! Only negative was that they gave me the wrong door code and we couldn’t get into the house. Fortunately found an Unlocked bathroom window and got in! House was fantastic though!
