Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 600 metres from town, (5 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.

Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A three-bedroom apartment set over multiple levels, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to lake and Mountain view.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Upstairs ensuite with standing shower. Downstairs bathroom with shower over bath - Toilet is separated. One extra toilet room on ground floor with laundry located in there.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, Smart TV, and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge, induction cooktop, oven, freestanding dishwasher, microwave, kettle.

Outdoors: Balcony with table and 4 chairs, as well as a small patio with no furniture.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed

Bedroom 3: 1 Single Bed



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is wonderful. You are only a short stroll from downtown Queenstown. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

It is a very quiet neighbourhood and with double glazed windows you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: Yes – multiple internal staircases

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (Unable to locate info) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
