Wonderful stay in a good location. Our family came from near Buffalo and NYC to hang together for the holiday weekend. We travelled to the area when our kids were young and wanted to come back and go to Au Sable Chasm again. We did and it was really close to the cabin. We also went to Plattsburgh for the 4th celebration And had a wonderful day there! At the cabin picnic area we made friends with other guests from NYC and shared a meal. Nice place, very family friendly, quiet and clean.

A very quiet setting. The owners sister checked to see if we needed anything at least every other day. We were there for 8 days for my wife's high school 50th reunion. Had an awesome time. Differently will return and book this one again.

We had a nice stay at this small cottage. It was very clean and well-maintained. It had everything that we needed for a nice getaway.Check in was super easy and hassle free. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Everything was clean and convenient. Parking was available for my boat with excellent access to outlets for charging. Definitely recommend if fishing Champlain.

For fisherman!

If you’re a fisherman, then you’re in luck! Great amenities, great parking, and outlets for boat charging!The cabins are extremely clean and new!

Found mouse droppings first night of stay, contacted owner to find rude dismissive responses. Did not stay second night at the rental, probably going to court over this .

It was great, until the sewage backed up! I understand stuff happens they fixed it by 7:30pm they were contacted at 7:30am Sunday morning . I guess I was just disappointed because we got there Friday night around 12ish we both crashed! I showered Friday morning and we got up early and went on a bike ride! 60 mile bike ride in Vermont:) needless to say came home late Saturday night exhausted went get a shower and noticed that the toilet was not going down! Thought hmm! Went turned the water on to warm it up. The shower also was backing up! I was hot sweaty from the day!! The toilet went down with a few plunges. Later my husband went to the bathroom and the whole system was backed up! So needless to say I did not shower another day! We had a big day planned for Sunday and I had no place to shower. They did come out to fix it was the whole day! Called us at 7:30pm I did ask for one day pay back it really was an inconvenience. I feel bad but I spent a lot of money on my husband birthday weekend:(
