Great gameroom, beautiful grounds, native cacti, yucca, aloe. Blooming roses & shrubbery . Private, cozy, quiet and impressive views. Jacuzzi & pool sweet. Nice appliances, super comfy beds & linens.Clean & sunny. Bluetooth karaoke and record player. Fun on top of fun.
Bought a pool/ solar cover to keep pool warm. Otherwise it was to cold to enjoy.

Nice place but some disappointments
All the basics were taken care of (towels, sheets, comfortable beds). There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. The games and game room was fun. The place was a little bit dirty (carpet & floors needed cleaning). We ran out of silverware and glasses really quickly and had to keep rewashing by hand. The main thing was the hot tub didn't work. Had we known that up front, we may have chosen another place.

We were so looking forward to this stay to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. But instead, we were locked out of the property for several hours in 111F heat due to their faulty door. We had to completely change our father's celebration as a result — cancelling dinner plans, making several trips back to the house to "try" new codes and wait for a locksmith. It was a completely deflating and exhausting experience. In the end, the locksmith got us in, but could not guarantee the door wouldn't have the same issue again, so we were essentially forced to stay in the house or risk the same result. Beyond that, we found what appeared to be blood stains in the bedding, a used bathing suit bottom stuffed inside a chair, ripped screens, fans that don't work, and a broken dishwasher rack, among other issues. We've found comparably priced locations in Palm Springs on recent trips that were flawless. This is no oasis.

We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we’re sorry this wasn’t your experience. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- There was an unforeseen issue with the lock, and upon notice, a locksmith was sent out, and the issue was resolved within 2 hours.- We confirmed with our cleaning team that no stained bedding was present, and the bathing suit left behind was an oversight. We will ensure extra steps are taken so future guests do not share the same experience.- The dishwasher rack was checked and found to be in working order.- While one fan was not functioning, a portable fan is available in the home, and we’ll make sure this is clear for future guests.- We’ll also inspect the screens to ensure they are in good condition. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future travelers will enjoy an excellent stay.
