Enjoy this updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse at Lincoln Station, with wooded views off the spacious deck. Enter through the outer foyer to remove coats and footwear, and then pass the half bath as you move into the home. From here, it opens into a spacious living and dining area with a wall of windows, a slider onto the deck, and a dedicated office area in the corner. The living area offers a gas fireplace and flat-screen smart TV, while the comfortable dining area provides seating for six at the table, three at the counter, and a view into the fully-equipped open kitchen. You can find a bedroom with a set of twin over double bunk beds just beyond that. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a private bath. One hosts two sets of twin over double bunks, and the other a king bed and TV.

As a guest of this townhouse, you'll enjoy exclusive Lincoln Station Club House membership. This membership grants you access to many amenities, including an indoor pool, perfect for year-round swimming, an outdoor pool for those warm summer days, a recreation room for fun-filled evenings, and tennis courts for sports enthusiasts.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we booked this last minute right after new year. we were very lucky it was available and couldnt be happier. very warm and cozy! gas fireplace was warm and cozy, beds were comfortable and home was set up great for entertainment and family gathering. location was just minutes from loon mountain and highway. we loved it and highly recommend. also linda was our host contact,we had a question about the pool pass and she called us back right away and after hours.everything was perfect and as described.

Unit was a bit dusty. Internet went out last 5 minutes of football game. Tennis court in poor shape - large cracks filled with grass. Unit comfortable but needs some updating/ wall patching. Despite cleaning fee was asked to wash all dishes and take out trash.
