The room was absolutely beautiful. Hotel itself was clean and parking was very convenient. We had a small glitch when we got to the check-in office because our envelope was not in the mailbox, luckily the office was still open. Not sure what we would have done if the office had closed before we had gotten there.

Great location, all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway right on the beach!!! Plenty of good food all around and even shoppingā€¦.::PGA superstore was excellent stop for the boys. Effortless booking, checking and checkout process.

The property itself was excellentā€”plenty of room, conveniently located, and had beautiful views. The only reason this falls short of five stars for me is the check-in process. I had to pick up the key cards and then backtrack 25 minutes in the direction I just came from to get to the condo. This was a little inconvenient after being on the road for 13 hours especially with having to fight all the traffic to get from there to the condo. Also be aware that the parking garage is extremely tight so if you're driving a large SUV like a Suburban or something similar you're going to have a tough time navigating and parking in the garage. However these are minor flaws and we would definitely stay here again.

The location and the ocean view were amazing. The unit is spacious although the photos online made it look a little bit bigger than it actually was. Comfy cute furnishings. Mattresses and pillows were soft and comfortable. We did not use the sleeper sofa. I did also see a pack and play in one of the bedrooms. That would be nice if you had a little one. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas in the laundry area. The kitchen and the bathrooms could use updating as well as cleaning. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub was kept clean. It was nice having televisions in each room. You could get free DVD rentals from the office. They did offer a Continental breakfast on the sixth floor that was basic and unimpressive.
