Poolside Bay Haven: POOL IS OPEN! Beautifully Decorated, Family & Pet Friendly!

Update as of 3/22/26: THE POOL IS NOW OPEN! Just two houses from the bay beach, with a heated in-ground pool, theater room, and amenities galore, this Coastal Chic 4BR home is the calming retreat you and your family need. The main living area welcomes you with high ceilings, tall windows pouring in natural light, a gas fireplace, and a big comfy sectional large enough to seat the entire family. French doors lead to a screen room overlooking the pool, with a fire pit table that seats 6, an additional lounging area, and stair access down to the pool deck. On the main level, you’ll also find a beautiful queen bedroom with high ceilings, lots of light, and a desk complete with computer monitor. Walk past the full hall bath to find a bunkbed room that sleeps 6, with twins over doubles. Upstairs, the primary suite invites you to indulge with an elegant chaise lounge, king size bed with memory foam topper, and private access to a large open-air deck with sun bed, not to mention the ensuite bath with jetted tub, radiant-heat flooring, beautifully tiled rainfall shower, and a separate toilet closet for ultimate privacy. The queen suite down the hall is large enough to fit a pack-n-play and arm chair, and it conveniently has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. We offer up to four rollaway beds as needed to sleep a total of 16. Dogs are more than welcome in our home! They are permitted on the nearby beach before 11am and after 4pm during the summer months as well as any time during the off-season. Parents: we have a high chair, pack-n-play, baby gate, Bumbo chair, sippy cups and more. And you won’t have much trouble keeping the kids entertained: downstairs we have a 115” projector screen, surround sound, and karaoke in the theatre room, as well as games, toys, coloring books, a chalkboard wall, and pop-a-shot in the playroom! To make your short beach walk a breeze, we provide a wagon, beach towels, and backpack chairs with coolers attached. POOL: The pool is usually opened mid-May and closed soon after Labor Day, but please be sure to confirm specific dates. LINENS: Comforters and pillows remain in the home; Linen Ladies of Cape May (linenladies.com) delivers freshly washed duvet covers, sheets, and towels; choose the Whole House Package (linenladies.com/product/511-mulberry-rd-villas), select items á la cart, or you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d prefer. LUXURY SERVICES: We are happy to recommend a local photographer, private chef, in-home massage therapist, yoga/pilates instructor or any other service that would make your stay special.
