Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy

NOT AS ADVERTISED! furniture definitely not new, holes/duvets in wood flooring, carpets filthy.

Property and grounds are not well maintained. Parking is “extremely” tight. Overall cleanliness of unit was substandard. Would not return.

Unfortunately, parking and the surrounding grounds are out of our hands; however, we would have shared any feedback with the HOA that was received if the opportunity would have been presented during your stay. Next time., let us know while you are here so we can get things corrected so you can have an enjoyable vacation.

Perfect place to spend the week at the beach and we enjoyed the resident alligator.
