Enjoy this spacious one level home located on a quiet private lane. Surrounded by trees, yet so close to the beach! Enjoy park-like views from every window and deck.
Inside is comfy and convenient. AC and Wifi equipped. 3 bedrooms sleep 5 people (2 queen/1 single). 2 full baths and a private outdoor shower. Washer and dryer.
Enjoy a sunny breakfast in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a partial water view,
Indoor/outdoor sunroom/dining area(s) with an outdoor grill. Lots of outdoor seating on spacious decks in the dappled shade of majestic oaks.
Take a short walk/bike to the Norman E Kilpp Marine Park (0.1 mile) / public beach. If you walk or bike to the beach you won't need a parking permit. Beach towels and chairs, 3 bikes (byo helmets) provided.
Drive or bike 2 miles to historic, Greenport village. Walk the wharf to visit Mitchell Park and the antique carousel. A big hit with kids of all ages.

This home offers the opportunity to visit and discover a bit of that North Fork magic. It is ideally situated close to the beach on a private road only 2 miles from Greenport village. The property is still largely wooded and very private.
The North Fork is one of the most beautiful and fun places to spend your vacation time.
