Gorgeous Oceanfront Condo



We are just steps from the Diplomat Marina and a few blocks away from Hollywood boardwalk.

Our non-smoking third floor condo is perfect for couples or families, as well as the elderly or infirm. The unit has been fully remodeled with exquisite taste in 2020 to provide all a luxury feeling by the ocean. A brand new air conditioner has a nest learning controller. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk bed with a full bed, a twin bed and trundle. The living room has a leather queen sleeper sofa. All mattress in the unit are memory foam. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances for all your needs. 55 flatscreen TV with fast and free Wi-Fi. Ample linens, including beach towels, are provided. The building has a complete gym as well as a large heated swimming pool. Enjoy beach time with beach toys, cooler, umbrella and beach chairs.

All areas of the apartment can be accessed by guests. We speak Spanish and English and we are available to answer your questions any time. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our cozy apartment in the beach

We are a Cuban- American family that arrived to this amazing country in 1998. We have been married for 17 years and God has blessed us with two beautiful children. We have worked very hard to own this property. Having an apartment at the beach before turning 40 years old has been our biggest accomplishment. My husband is a Civil Engineer who works for a global prestigious construction firm, while I have a degree in International Relations and I am a former federal government officer. We love traveling and meeting new people around the world.

This property was fully remodeled in 2020 and has been decorated with lots of love.

I have put together some of my favorite aqua and turquoise coastal home decor for adding just the right touch of beach style. I admit it, aqua is my favorite color too! The turquoise with crystals backsplash in the kitchen adds to the apartment coastal vibe.
Our seashell mirror in our dinning area is a unique piece and it was custom designed for us. You will simply love it!
