Everything was great. However, I looked through previous emails to find if we were told it was currently under construction with no luck. Not have the pool available was kind of a bummer. We had to buy our own broom. Which we left there for future guests. Having water on the back porch to wash sand off would have been helpful. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great property and location! Very easy check-in process and the host was very responsive to any questions I had. The unit was clean and the kitchen had everything except for a dish towel to dry dishes washed by hand. I know, I’m old school.The pool was very clean and had plenty of lounge chairs for guests. Saw 2 launches from the beach which literally was steps away. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a week in May of 2026 and had no complaints. On the day of our trip, our host had already contacted us about checking in. I had to message them a few times during our trip and they were super fast and detailed in their responses. The Apartment was completely equipped, clean and the starter sets were great, esp since we didn't make it in until 5am!! I travel a lot and this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. 10/10 recommend, you won't be sorry!

The condo was very clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. It was conveniently located near Kennedy Space Center, the boat tours we planned, and the Publix grocery store. The mattress in the primary bedroom was great - we've not slept that well in a while!There were some not-so-perfect aspects however: * I misread the description and didn't realize it was "ocean front" and not "ocean view". Located on the ground floor, the view is of the sand dune - you cannot see the ocean from the unit.* The HOA did not provide a code to access the pool, so we had to walk through the grass and construction to access the pool. Not ideal with the kids.* There wasn't a spot to clean of the sand - neither at the public beach access or the condo (there is a shower head by the pool, but the water pressure is very weak and did not wash away the sand). Again not ideal with kids.* The ongoing construction was very disruptive.* The ceiling fan in the primary bedroom was very loud and not installed properly - we couldn't use it due to the noise.Overall, a nice place. Just those minor issues that detract from the comfort and practical use of the unit.

The condo was really nice! Check-in was simple. The unit was clean and comfortable, nicely furnished. There is a pullout couch which did not use, but I'm guessing it's much better than some of the non-pullout couches I've seen passed off as beds in this area on Vrbo. The patio is spacious & allows direct access, only a few steps, to the beach. The hedges & sand dunes obstruct first floor ocean view. That's pretty typical, so was expected. Hot tub & (heated) pool were clean & up to standards. I've stayed in at least a dozen different Vrbo rentals in Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was nice. The two sets of sliding glass doors were extremely difficult to open. We seen lots of spiders while there and some roaches. The beach access did not have an area to wash sand off which was a huge problem.

Hi thank you for your comments. We do want to clarify. Per your email to us. The spiders and bugs you encountered were outside the unit. Specifically caused from rain and construction. There was a place to rinse off the beach sand, however it may have been obstructed from the construction work. We did advise there would be heavy construction during the stay and some of the building amenities may be unavailable. Apologies these items affected your stay .
