This unit 307 newly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, elevator, balcony with direct ocean view, open parking, dishwasher, combo washer/dryer, putting green, beach access, and much more! You can see Rocket launches from the balcony OR from the direct access to the beach! You have an assigned parking space as well as additional parking if you need it. There is a putter in the condo for your use. You can also get shuffleboard equipment near the pool area. The oversize heated pool, offers a break from the beach. Watch the Cruise ships sail by while relaxing on the beach. Perfect beach getaway for vacation travelers/ or business.
