Pet-Friendly 30A Condo | Seagrove Beach • Sleeps 6

Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and had a great stay. We’d love to welcome you back again soon! 🌊☀️

Thank you so much for your review! We're thrilled to hear you had a great time and that our team was responsive throughout your stay. We also really appreciate you pointing out the sofa and the washing machine. The good news is that we actually installed a brand-new sofa this morning. We had noticed the issue prior to your arrival, but unfortunately the replacement wasn't available in time for your stay. We hope you'll get to enjoy the new one on your next visit! As for the washing machine, thank you for bringing that to our attention. We'll inspect it to make sure it's operating properly and not causing any issues for future guests. Thanks again for staying with Gulf Tide Vacations. We'd love to welcome you back for another beach getaway soon! 🌴☀️

Joni, this is what we love to hear 🙌 You really can’t beat that quick 2-minute stroll to the beach—no hauling gear forever, just straight to the sand and water. Sounds like you and your sons did it right! We’d love to have you all back anytime for round two 🌊

Thank you so much for the kind words! 🌴 We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay and loved the short walk to the beach. We’d love to welcome you back for another getaway soon!

Thank you for the review and for pointing this out! We’re glad you enjoyed the unit, cleanliness, and location overall. We do want to clarify for future guests that while the beach itself is very close by, the nearest direct access is private for a neighboring property/community, so public beach access is about a 5–10 minute walk depending on pace and what you’re carrying. The complimentary golf cart shuttle is definitely a guest favorite during the day, especially for hauling coolers and beach gear, but we understand it may not fit everyone’s schedule outside operating hours. We truly appreciate the honest feedback as it helps us improve how we describe beach access in the listing so expectations are as clear as possible. Thanks again for staying with us!

Aw, this makes our day—thank you! 🌊 We’re so glad the condo hit the sweet spot for a month-long work-from-beach stay. Steps-to-the-sand, sunset views from the porch, and a cozy, inviting vibe is exactly what we aim for. Knowing it worked great for WFH is icing on the cake (or, uh…sand on the toes). Thanks for the high recommendation! We’d love to host you again—reach out anytime and ask about our repeat-guest perks. ☀️🧡

Thank you so much for the kind words! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the condo and that everything matched up with the listing — that’s always our goal! It’s also great to know the beach access and tram service made your stay even more relaxing. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another beachside escape with Gulf Tide Vacations!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for choosing to stay with Gulf Tide Vacations! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the home, its proximity to the beach, and that it worked well for your four-legged family member too! We do want to clarify a couple of things you mentioned. We disclose the presence of noise monitors in all of our listings, and they’re simply there to help ensure that everyone—including you and your neighbors—can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The monitors are set to a generous 95 decibels during regular hours and only adjust to 75 decibels after 10 p.m., which is in line with most community quiet hours. That said, we totally understand wanting to enjoy some good laughs at the dinner table without interruption, and we’ll review the sensitivity settings to make sure they aren’t being too overzealous. As for the Ring doorbell, it’s currently inactive and just hasn’t been removed yet—nothing sneaky or active there, promise! We also appreciate the helpful notes about the kitchen items and the cleaning oversight. We’ll make sure housekeeping is aware, and we’ll take a look at adding a broom and some extra cookware for future guests. Thank you again for the great feedback and your recommendation—we’d love to welcome you back for another stay soon!

Thank you for the great review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the easy reservation and check-in process along with the comfortable unit, convenient parking, and beach access. That’s exactly the kind of stress-free beach getaway we want every guest to have. We truly appreciate you staying with Gulf Tide Vacations and hope to welcome you back to the Emerald Coast again soon!
