The property was beautifully decorated, had everything you’d need from beach chairs, linens and towels, kitchen was well stocked and clean, even an espresso machine that we enjoyed! Christine was so gracious and communicated very well, checked in on us, etc! Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in this unit. It was pleasantly decorated, clean, comfortable and all the amenities you could ask for and more. Christine is a super host of the condo, and we would definitely recommend renting from her. We’ve already booked a stay next year!

Amazing condo and a wonderful host. Christine checked in us several times to make sure we were enjoying our stay and the unit itself was excellent. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. The ocean view from the patio was amazing as well. What an amazing place to be when the sun came up in the morning! We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is incredibly well stocked, from the kitchen to the closets filled with beach toys—everything you could need is already there. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, making it a great place to relax after a day at the beach.Both bedrooms have exceptionally comfortable beds with lots of pillows and extra linens, so we slept great. The views from the patio are absolutely stunning, and the patio furniture is just as comfortable, making it the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evening.The hosts were fantastic—communication was clear and thorough, and they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We spent a wonderful week at this unit enjoying New Symrna Beach. The unit is very well equipped, provides fantastic views of the ocean and the complex itself is in great condition. The owners were nice to deal with in reserving the unit and checked in by text during our stay to make sure all is good. We found the balcony very spacious compared to other complexes we have stayed at in the past.It even had an espresso machine! My wife was sold after that. Haha. We will return again for sure. The price, the host, the view, the beach, the complex all met our expectations.

A great vacation

From booking to departure this was an amazing experience. The owners have a website with all the information needed and included extras like places to visit and eat. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It is great to stay in a place where all you have to do is enjoy your vacation.

Moffat Family Reunion

This is our third or fourth time staying in this condo. We love all the amenities of the condominium, but most of all amenities in this particular unit. It is very family friendly, and the beds are comfortable.!!!

We have stayed here for four consecutive years, and each visit has been wonderful. The condo is always spotless, fully equipped with everything we need, and perfectly located right on the beach. The owners are exceptionally kind, helpful, and responsive—they stay in touch before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything goes smoothly. We especially love visiting in the fall, when the weather is warm, the beaches are quiet, and all the shops and restaurants in New Smyrna Beach are open. Whenever we plan our next vacation, there’s no question about where we want to stay—it’s always here.

Great getaway

Beautiful views, open concept, everything you need is there, quiet, private deck, pool was great, steps to the ocean. I would definitely return to this beautiful condo and Christine is excellent at answering all questions and concerns promptly!
