Direct Beach Front Balcony on No-Drive Beach in Gated Complex with Heated Pool

You will love this condo! We are located on the southern end of New Smyrna Beach on a NON-DRIVING BEACH. This is a direct oceanfront condo on the 4th floor of Smyrna Beach Club with a private balcony overlooking the beach with a view of the pool as well. It has been updated with great features and the kitchen is well stocked. Granite countertops and wood cabinetry throughout, stainless steel appliances, travertine tile floors,.......you won't be disappointed. We have a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed with one set of twin bunks in the second bedroom. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

We have equipped it with everything guests would need to enjoy a stay at the beach:

Boogie Boards
Beach towels
Beach cart for easy transport to the pool or beach
Reclining Beach Chairs (4-6)
Nets and Flashlights for Crabbing at Night
Beach toys

Our complex is gated with no public access nearby so the beach is seldom crowded. We supply beach the amenities and a wagon to get it all onto the beach. Unlike other complexes, our pool is located on the beach. The pool deck has tables with umbrellas, lounge chairs and bathrooms in the clubhouse for your comfort and convenience.

We use a smart lock and will provide you with your own private code. All check-in and check-out is contactless. All laundry is done in hot hot water and dried on the highest heat. We have a REME-Halo Air purifier installed in our HVAC system. The REME-Halo kills up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses. The dual ionizers reduce airborne particulates (dust, dander, pollen, mold spores).

If you would like to make a reservation, using the 'Begin Booking' feature will be the surest way to secure your dates. Email is the preferred method of contact but you can always call if you have questions. Our calendar is always up to date.

I have walked up and down the shore of New Smyrna Beach and I have yet to find a better stretch of beach.

Lovely Condo on Non Driving Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Smyrna Beach Club. Loved that the owner offered us to arrive a night early since it wasn’t rented. The condo is well appointed and very nice. Beautiful beach views. We really appreciated that they provided beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon and boogie boards so we didn’t have to bring all of that. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation stay

This was by far the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in here in New Smyrna. The condo was extremely clean, had comfortable beds, beach toys, chairs, anything you could think of it had. The owners were pleasant to communicate with and extremely accomading. Ive been coming here with my family for over 30 years and i can say this was our best!

I've rented many condos in the last 38 years at NSB and this was by far one of the nicest condos. The decor was beautiful, it was very clean, super comfortable and well stocked.I would highly recommend and look forward to renting again.

Great Stay

Condo was clean, in a great location with easy check in and out. Beds could use mattress toppers as they are fairly uncomfortable for a week long stay. Views were nice, amenities inside the condo and at the facility were everything we needed. I would recommend this property.

We LOVE our condo. We spent the first 5 months of ownership renovating the condo and making it the perfect vacation spot; we continue to improve our condo every year. We enjoy coming to New Smyrna Beach with our family to enjoy the sand and surf.

Why they chose this property

Our complex is on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach and is gated to offer added safety. With no public access nearby, the beach in front of our complex is never crowded. Having the pool directly on the beach is a big plus. The pool is heated in the Winter.

What makes this property unique

Our favorite time of day is mid to late afternoon when the tide goes out and exposes the sandbar. We grown-ups set up our beach chairs on the sandbar and enjoy each others' company while our kids play in the salt water 'pool' that forms between the sandbar and the beach. It's a great time to break out the hand nets and let the kids try to catch the small fish. We provide the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, nets, boogies boards, and sand toys . You bring the family!
