Enjoy the outside shower, its great for rinsing off the salt and sand. Central A/C and wifi keep you cool and connected, and flat screen TVs with cable and streaming, are perfect for watching summer baseball and movies on those rainy days. Dog friendly too, pet fee of $150 will be added to the lease (1 dog allowed).
