The property is convenient to the beach and clean.

Our family enjoyed a spring break and the property worked out great. The property manager was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed having the pool for the kids to come back to after days away from the home.

This lovely getaway was just as described.

Everything was as expected or better. Clean, fresh, nice appliances and kitchen. We did a lot of cooking and grilling, also the hot tub was a nice touch. Would recommend to my friends!

Fun, relaxing getaway

After a few unfortunate events starting off the vacation, Guido was very helpful in assisting us in anyway he could! The place itself was perfect for what we needed. The nice kitchen was very helpful, as we wanted to cook dinner for the nights we were staying there. The beach was a very short walk, and there were restaurants and shops nearby! Would definitely recommend Palm View on your next vacation!

Adorable beach house perfect for our family vacay!

The house was great! Nice open floor plan and bedrooms tucked away down the hallway. The private swimming pool was amazing! Plenty of space and amenities for our families annual Thanksgiving trip. Contact with the property manager was easy and they were very quick to respond and assist with anything needed. The keyless entry was also a major plus, we didn’t have to keep track of room keys or pick up/drop off keys.

This unit is very nice for two people. It is close to the beach. There were a few issues that arose but the home owner should be very grateful for Guido who was extremely responsive.

We loved the Poinciana!

I visited with my daughter + 4 of her high school friends and my girlfriend. There was plenty of room for all of us and we especially liked that the living space was so open. The unit does not feel cramped at all and has plenty of extras like lots of linens (including beach towels), beach chairs/umbrella and a handy cart for getting everything to the beach. Very well appointed and great location. We would definitely book again.

Clean & peaceful!!

The house is incredibly clean, light and open. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. There is a nice grocery store about a mile a way. The pool is fabulous! Definitely a great place to social distance! We will definitely be back!!

A wonderful experience in Fort Myers Beach

We loved it. The house was lovely, clean and functional. Although the crockeries need an upgrade. A cutting board is needed. I expected the beach to be closer but it was not too bad. The road construction was unhelpful. Overall still 5 star!

Amazing weekend

The Poinciana house was everything we wanted and more! Property owner was super fast to respond. Check in was a breeze. The location was perfect, just 1 block away from the beach. The house had absolutely everything for our party of 12. Kitchen completely stocked to accomodate a big party with lots of meals, in addition there were beach chairs, pool toys beach trolley, and even a high chair and playpen for infants. The cleaningness was superb. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%. We made great memories in this cozy house. Thanks Deko

Covid-cation Relaxation!

Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the beach and trolley station, 3 minute walk to the Mound House. Located mid-island, so the beaches and shops were far less crowded than the north end. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions or issues. We enjoyed the pool and floaties, and appreciated the beach wagon and chairs provided. Our chief complaint was that the house did feel quite warm, probably due to the skylights. Thank God there were multiple fans throughout the house or we would've sweat to death, and we're from Miami so we can handle the heat. Overall a pleasant experience.

Won’t stay again.

Clean and quiet, but hot tub did not work . One condo has access to pool and one has access to hot tub. We had the hot tub. We called for repair but the repair didn’t work. Also, the place needs new linens, the towels and the bedspread had stains. With fees and taxes it turns out to be much more than $100 per night, so make sure you know all the fees attached before you rent.

Clean and near the beach

Rental was very clean and well equipped. Guido was accommodating and responsive. There is a short walk to the beach. My only negative is the condition of the side yard where the hot tub is located. There is a lot of electrical equipment near the hot tub. It was difficult to open and close the fence door. The fence itself, which may be the neighbors fence, is in very bad shape. We did not utilize that area at all.

Nice, spacious house.

Pros: -Big, renovated kitchen -Spacious living room, and generally pretty spacious throughout -Quiet neighborhood -House and furnishings in good overall condition -Owner/manager was decent to deal with - a pretty easy transaction (received my full deposit back in a timely manner). Cons (all minor): -Trim in master bath needs attention (looks like in the late stages of installing a new vanity) -TV in living room feels a bit small compared to the large room -View to rear neighbor from kitchen is not too great, though you do get a glimpse of a canal -Pool could have been a bit warmer Overall: Nice place. We had a good time. We would stay here again if we wanted to be in this part of the island, but it is a bit longer walk to Times Square than we would prefer. We would recommend to others.

Nice unit a few blocks from the beach.

Unit in nice shape. Kitchen appears recently remodeled. Was a bit noisy with road construction outside and pool pump running. Step to bedroom easy to trip on. Kitchen cleaning supplies sparse. Had to purchase more. Glass end table was too easy to run into. Washer and dryer are shared with the other unit. However for the price and ability to walk to the beach it was a good value. There are convenient parking spaces on the beach for a small fee. Just be warned that there is only one road in Fort Myers beach and is constantly busy.

Just as described, great family vacation house

We had a wonderful stay. Highlights: -Communication and entry to house were easy -House is as described, very clean. Airy and bright, air conditioning and wifi worked great. Kitchen had all supplies needed for cooking and an outdoor grill. We got groceries delivered from Publix 1 mile away. There is also a Walmart a few miles away. Easy laundry. -Pool is very nice and clean. Surrounded by a safety gate and dome-covered. -Beach is 0.3 mile walk away - this is AWESOME with kids. You are very close to the crosswalk and entry to Connecticut Beach, which is not something many rentals can offer. The beach was beautiful, white sand and clear water and you can walk for miles. Neighborhood is residential and quiet. -Owner provides a beach cart, chairs, towels, and there are toys you can borrow. -Convenience store is 0.3 mile walk, as are 2 restaurants. More restaurants, shops, ice cream and bike rental 1 mile away. Very easy to get around with no car by walking or using trolley system. Really enjoyed our stay and would go again!

Great location, could use a few more supplies

Stayed here for 10 days. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice water pressure and hot. Hot tub was a nice bonus. They allowed us to check in early, text messaging with Guido he was very responsive to questions we had regarding check in. Kitchen tile seemed like it needed to be cleaned better as after walking around barefoot after we arrived our feet were pretty dirty. Neighbors next door (attached unit) decided to do laundry all night one night before they left- laundry room shares a wall with the master bedroom of this unit so it was very noisy. Not Guido's fault but maybe in the future a courtesy note in laundry room of no laundry during 10pm-6am?. Kitchen seemed to be lacking some basics like hand towels, any pans for the oven, and had some tupperware lids but no bottoms? Beach umbrella and beach chairs were a nice extra. Neighborhood is quiet except for people with barking dog across the street. Beach access is very close and so is Farmer's market on Wednesdays at the church.

Family Vacation

If you are looking for beach access, it is a perfect location. If you are looking for night life or restaurants, not much within walking distance. Owner is accommodating and communicates quickly. The property is set up nicely and has nice accommodations.

Amazing vacay!

My husband and I and two other couples arrived very late our first night to a beautiful home. Everything was very clean. The decor is beautiful. There are two living areas with fully stocked kitchens. The pool is amazing. We enjoyed it so much. Deko is so kind and forthcoming with information. She answered every question we had and was gracious to us with a late checkout. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and two coffee makers. We did need to bring an extra blow dryer as there was just one. It was a short walk to the beach. We even walked home for lunch. She provided a cooler for our drinks at the beach. There was also a wagon. We couldn’t have asked for more and hope to be back next year! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

Wonderful comfy home!

Our recent stay at Poinciana was fabulous! The house was perfect for our group of six adults. We enjoyed the pool so much that we only ventured to the beach a couple times during our week-long stay. The kitchen was stocked with nearly everything we needed. We loved the open floor plan that allowed us to visit even while cooking in the kitchen. The few issues we encountered were quickly addressed by the owner. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Deko!

Fantastic beach house for our young family

Our boys (3 and 5) loved that the beach was just a block away but I think their favorite part was the pool right out the back door. The house is just a few minutes’ drive or walk from the restaurants Which is nice as everything feels a bit quieter and relaxed. Deko was great with the communication and the place was exactly what we were expecting. Bright open kitchen, comfortable living room and a nice patio where the wife and I could sit after the kids had gone to bed. Thank you Deko!
