Lovely getaway!

Wonderful Family Home

This home was beautifully decorated, immaculate and well kept, and accommodated our large family for the holiday. It had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The family enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the proximity to Disney. We had a minor problem with the A/C unit cooling the upstairs but we made the owner and property manager aware, so I am sure it has been addressed. Overall this is a beautiful place to stay with your family.

Beautiful home and well stocked!

This house we rented for our extended family Christmas. Communication was very quick with any questions I had. Everything was completely stocked and even had sleds. The game room was wonderful for the kids. The garage had an extra fridge which we used and appreciated. We never even left and had a fabulous experience. We look forward to returning next year. Perfect spot for family getaway

This house was perfect for our family holiday trip. Great entertaining home with beautiful golf course views. There were 6 adults & 3 kids (ranging in age from 9-19) and everyone had something to enjoy...video games, sledding, hot tub, ping pong, fire pit, etc etc. We went snowshoeing on the golf course and just walked right off the back deck. Location is amazing! And only a short walk to the official tubing hill. My only complaint is that we had heavy rain for 2 days that melted all of the snow! But that is hardly the fault of this incredible home. Thank you so much for a great week full of memories!

Long getaway weekend

What a great rental house. My family and 2 friends really enjoyed ourselves at Timber Retreat. That back patio, with a fire pit and hot tub, was a great place to relax in the evening and night. Multiple nights we saw herds of deer and elk graze along Prospector course, hole 11, which the house overlooks. The kitchen is top notch, and along with the gas grill outside, offered everything we needed to cook dinner. We enjoyed the game room (converted garage) with ping pong, pop-a-shot and foosball. Lots of fun there. The bedrooms are well appointed and comfortable. During the say, lots of trails to walk around Suncadia, and Sunday there was a farmer's market.

A few minor annoyances

The house is big, we had a large party, lots of space for all. Overall happy but a few minor annoyances. We had to purchase pot holders, a pot with a lid ( 3 pots for cooking , no lids), pool towels ( 13 towels in the house, not enough for what the house sleeps). The property manager was great, responded right away. The pool/spa heat is tricky. It says to a max of 85 degrees but that's not great for the hot tub. It's not hot enough especially in cooler Temps outside.

Loved Timber Retreat

We had a fantastic time on our vacation! The house was in a great location, beautiful, very comfortable, and the game room was lots of fun. There were activities for all of us, including my favorite, just chilling at the house! We will definitely come here again.

Everything about this home gave us the perfect place to rest and recharge! The location is fantastic with a beautiful view! The kitchen was well stocked and put to good use. We had lots of fun with family ping pong tournaments and nights outside by the fire pit.

Great view to the golf course (or snow course!). Enjoyed the arrangement of kitchen, living, dining area, and the heated patio! It was great for our families. Besides the hot tub, we enjoyed coffee on the heated porch with little ones by our side. Fun games in the garage/game room.
