Our hosts were very helpful . Communication was very good. A short walk to a very nice private beach. Nice comfy beds. Nice comfy livingroom furniture. Loved the kitchen island for meal prep.

Couldn't be happier with our stay. The cottage had everything we needed and more, was in a great location and very private. It looks as though the hosts had even taken steps to improve cottage (new furniture) compared to the listing, which left us even more impressed.This is the perfect cottage for young families or anyone looking for a private getaway. A private beach is a 5 minute walk and downtown is a short drive (we didn't try walking with small children, but appeared to be very doable). Lots of space to spread out at the house and surrounding property and lots of amenities for children (2 jungle gyms, lots of toys). Trevor and Janine are excellent hosts and made the check-in process very smooth. We didn't require any assistance during our stay, but they made sure to answer any questions we had leading up.While being out of beach season, the downtown was still vibrant with lots of fun shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach front.Would highly recommend this cottage and would definitely welcome the opportunity to come for another stay.

Great place for our stay for over a month, and we had a fantastic time. Close to the beach, great space for em to work remotely while my husband was working in the area. They had even upgraded the furniture in the space before we got there so it all made for an excellent stay. The fire pit and bbq were perfect and we got tons of use out of them.Check in was straight forward and easy and communication was great. The community is super cute and feels like a great getaway. The price for this place was also great since most other spots have priced regular folks and couples out of enjoying anything in the grand bend area, not to mention the beach, so we’re really grateful to Janine and Trevor. Will definitely be back.

It was a great spot. Easy access to the beach and Oakwood.

We had a great time. Loved the fire pit and getting to the beach everyday. Had a great day trip to Bayfield and Goderich.

A very nice stay to end the summer :) Main living room was bright and airy during the day and seating was comfortable to play games and watch movies in the evening. Quiet and safe area. Beach access easy to navigate. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.
