Family stay

The condo was a great place for our family. When we arrived we couldn’t find our parking passes or the pack n play, but she quickly had someone bring them to the condo. Overall a great stay, clean property, and right on the beach.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed. The short walk to the beach was our favorite! Listening to the waves, walking on the beach, and sitting on the balcony was so wonderful! We would definitely stay again! The cooler that was available, the towels for the beach and the beach chair was so nice to have. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!.

Great location in Cocoa beach. Being further south was quieter. Condo is older but clean and well maintained. The balcony views the beach, pool and building across from the pool so you can enjoy the beach when on the deck. Everything was there for a 2 week stay including kitchenware, laundry needs, and beach chairs. Had a little bad luck with AC going out and water turned off to the building for 2 hours. Both were taken care of quickly though. Only 1 night without AC. Good spot for the price. I would book it again.

This a great place to stay if you like spending time at a beach and also enjoy NASA. You’re close to it all. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and a SpaceX launch!

A true beachfront property. Absolutely loved being able to run back to room while family stayed on beach. Had a couple of property items that the property manager was able to respond to immediately. The property is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, and games for everyone to enjoy right when you walk in.

Great Property & Location

Pre check in with complete instructions were provided so easy to locate and access. Property was spotless and exactly as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked, coffee pods were provided for our use. Had some difficulty operating the TV at one point, was connecting to Roku. The front door lock wasn’t working properly either, wouldn’t lock when we left the premises. Overall an above average property that offered everything one could need.

Great oceanfront place with lots of restaurants near by. The condo is more spacious then it looks in the photo's. Amazing Beach access and nice view from the balcony. Only negative feedback is that the internet is horrible. It doesn't stay connected to your phone. Constantly have to log back into it. My laptop wouldn't even connect when I needed it to for work

Gracious, convenient, well equipped condo

This lovely condo is perfectly located at the north end of downtown Cocoa Beach, super convenient to fantastic dining, drinking and shopping in the area, as well as beach stuff for everyone. The managment is helpful and prompt to respond. The unit was clean and comfortable with spectacular views of sunrises, the ocean and even sunsets over the river. The best thing about this condo is how well equipped it is. Literally show up with just your clothes and toothbrush. No need to worry about all the little things like hand soap and TP. It's all there already. We loved our stay and the people and shared grounds in this community were wonderful and gracious. Highly recommend.

Slice of Beach Heaven for a New Yorker

As far as the property itself it's not to large, but it is at wonderful location in Cocoa Beach! You have private access boardwalk to the beach which was amazing to get up and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or watch 2 amazing launches from Cape Canaveral (1 day & 1 night).The pool was clean and had plenty of seating. Parking was good with overflow near by. The Management Company was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, RESPONSIVE, ACCOMMODATING & FRIENDLY. Very quick to answer VRBO messages and made sure our stay was as promised. Our stay was great - unit was clean, organized, well stocked with the items listed in description. Washer & drier were a great! The unit had 2 beach chairs for use at the beach. The building was equiped with an elevator which was the closing deal on this property for us as we traveled with parents with mobility issues and walking 8 sets of stairs to 4th floor would've been impossible! And by the elevator were the BEST idea's I've seen at a condo building - shopping carts & luggage carts for residents to fill with groceries/luggage and put in the elevator to take up to your unit! LIFE & BACK SAVERS!!!! KUDOS to the genius who thought of it! The private balcony was great to sit on and enjoy the ocean view & sounds! There were binoculars in the unit - which helped me see some dolphins, a submarine heading into Cape Canaveral, the returning booster from a launch and some interesting sights on the beach - LOL All in all - 100% keeping this place on speeddail!
