PLEASE NOTE: there will be construction for the remainder of 2026-2027, across the street to the North. They are building a Westin Resort. We are located in the sought after Sandcastles condominiums, 1050 North Atlantic Ave, you can sit on our balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, from the third floor. #303. North facing balcony with a VIEW of the ocean and Cape Canaveral Rocket launches. Walking distance to parks, restaurants and shopping. Short drive to Orlando Theme Parks, and cruise ports. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Beach closet stocked with cooler, towels, toys, chairs. Private access to the beach. Or you can enjoy our pool and tennis or pickleball. Plenty of private parking on site. Elevator accessible. We are not handicapped accessible.
