The view of the sunsets from the 10th floor balcony was awesome. Very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Beautiful sunsets

This condo couldn’t have been any better! Kitchen is well equipped, furniture comfortable and the bed is a dream! Easy walk across the street to the beach, which we enjoyed most days. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were perfect.

The unit is in the perfect location and ia very nice inside. It was stocked with everything you could want to take to the beach, right across the street. We had one maintenance issue (slow draining sink) and they resolved it fairly quickly. Also, the unit is the best possible location in the entire complex, top floor, closest to the beautiful beach. They don’t include many photos of the building, which is fairly old and outdated. But that applies to the entire property. For the value and the location, this is a great deal and we would stay there again.

Condo was clean. View was good. They don’t give u much for shampoo n towels. Bare minimum. Condo overpriced for what u got. Property is unfinished and not inviting.

We would like to note that the amount of towels, toiletries, and starter supplies provided is consistent with standard vacation rental practices. These items are intended to get guests started, with the understanding that additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of stay. We also want to reiterate that the condition of the property and ongoing community work are accurately reflected in the listing description so guests can make informed decisions prior to booking. The area is still actively recovering from a bad hurricane a few years ago. We appreciate your comments and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in the area.

Everything was great even with the ongoing construction. The air conditioning does not cool the room. It is very cool in the kitchen where the unit is; however, the air does not circulate to the bedroom. Great property otherwise.

Lovely unit! This is a great location directly across the street from the ocean. Beautiful sunsets! The pools are lovely and warm just like the ocean. One thing people probably do not realize this complex is within walking distance of fishing in the ocean or the inlet. There is a marina area where you can rent a boat nearby. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the shower was seriously relaxing. The unit had everything needed and more. I love you can drive into Naples or Vanderbilt beach area if you want any to eat a fancy dinner. We travel all over and this was a memorable experience. We hope to return!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for the two of us. The balcony view was fabulous. There is a beach bag, beach chairs, and beach towels available for use. Everything was nice and clean. We are used to keeping our own home very cool at 69 degrees- in the condo you are required to keep it at 74 degrees so we had to adjust our bodies to that. I did not use the pool as I preferred the ocean. It was nice and quiet. We would stay here again.

It's fairly standard for homes to set a minimum temperature for rentals as many people leave doors and windows open during vacation, which can result in very high electric bills. With that said, had you reached out to us, we probably could have worked with you to adjust it a few degrees during your stay! We would love to host you again on your next visit to the area!
