Thank you for a lovely, peaceful stay in your off-grid space, so thoughtfully laid out and welcoming. Kaipara Flats is a special place, and so conveniently near to the humming town of Warkworth, plus to the beautiful Kaipara Hills. Thank you again

I enjoyed my stay . You have a lovely, homely set up. Simply a beautiful property. Sorry for not saying goodbye yesterday. I didn’t want to disturb you, the internet was patchy and I was late for my hike. Thank you again.

Lovely little cabin

Very accomodating host! Let us to check in late at night and took the time to show us all the amenities. Room was kitted out with everything we needed and the location is a beautiful and very peaceful lifestyle property. We were also given a wonderful tour of their chicken run and pigeon coop in the morning. Highly recommended!
