Located in the Ocean Block just steps to the Beach and Boardwalk this new home has Old Rehoboth Beach cottage charm with all the modern amenities. Large wrap around screened porch, 1st floor HE laundry room open living and dining area with 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with king sized bed and 3/4 bath in the hall. 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath in hall and 1 3/4 bath in hall 2 twins in 2 of the bedrooms and 2 queens in other 2 bedrooms. 3rd floor has a bedroom with 2 twins and 3/4 hall bath. Gourmet kitchen and lots of dining space inside and outside on porch! Property rents by the full week only.
