FALL IS BEAUTIFUL AT THE BEACH!

Looking to get some beach time in during the off season?

Welcome to 23 Carolina Street, one of Dewey Beach’s beautiful Beach Block homes capturing the charm of classic coastal beach living.

This beautiful home is located on the ocean block of Carolina Street. Early morning walks on the beach, a full day of sand and surf or a quiet evening watching the sunset are only 3 minutes away!

A spacious 18 x 22 ft. screened porch is great for entertaining with large seating & dining area. Five-bedrooms, three full and one 1/2 bath and additional indoor living /dining area with 12-foot vaulted ceilings, stunning hardwood floors. There is also a portable crib and high chair for guest use.

All reservations will require a lease with the owner of the property and accidental damage insurance for the stay. This lease will be provided via DocuSign for review and signature.


Our NEW POOL will add to your wonderful stay on Carolina Street!


Pool heat is available during the cooler spring/fall months. There is a $25/day charge for pool heat for stays less than 7 days. There is a $150/week charge for 7 day reservations. Please notify us when you book or at least 7 days before your arrival if you would like the pool heated. Pool heat is not normally needed from early June to late August. This charged will be added to your reservation.

Also outside enjoy a beautiful patio w/dining, sitting area and firepit or the back deck with an outdoor shower.

We do provide sheets and bath towels during the summer season for reservations from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We also provide a small amount of soap and paper products to get you started!

We do allow up to two dogs for your stay. Pricing is $450 per dog for one week and will be added to your reservation. We allow a maximum of two dogs.

Off Season Pricing: Pricing during the off season is for groups of 7 or less. Please ask for adjusted rates for more than 7 guests. There is a 3 night minimum stay during the off season--After Labor Day to Memorial Day.

Ask about 8+ nights discount during the off season!

Pool is available from late March/early April to mid-late October--based on weather so this is not a set schedule.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Be sure pool gate is closed and latched.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please make sure the pool gate is ALWAYS closed.
