We are delighted that you enjoyed the spectacular oceanfront views, comfortable beds, and the soothing experience of falling asleep to the sound of the waves right outside. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered inside the condo. Most importantly, I am deeply sorry to hear about your bruised leg from the dishwasher door. That is unacceptable and a safety hazard. Our maintenance team was dispatched immediately following your stay to repair the tension springs on the dishwasher door so it opens smoothly and stays balanced. We also had our technician service the dryer door hinge so it stays open securely, and our HVAC team inspected the air conditioning system to identify and dampen any excessive fan or mechanical vibration noise. Additionally, we are upgrading the coffee maker to a standard full-size model to make morning routines much easier for groups. We always encourage guests to let us know about maintenance items during their stay so our local team can step in and fix them immediately, but we are grateful for your notes so we could correct these right away.
