My family loved the house. We had a great relaxing time. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a nice beach vacation. Check in and check out was fantastic. The pool table and games were awesome. I would recommend booking here!

First, would like to say , we will definitely plan to stay here again!! Loved our stay. The house is well maintained & looks & feels very clean. It is spacious and so cozy at the same time. Very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, stores etc. We felt very welcome by our Host, Happy Palm Stays. They gave great communication, very helpful & prompt when we needed assistance with a couple of things. We look forward to staying here in the future or even looking into other properties managed by them.

We were so happy with the house. We enjoyed our stay as it was so comfortable, clean and had all that we needed for a multigenerational stay.When we had a small issue the host was very quick to reply and rectify, without any inconvenience to us and our holiday. We would recommend and would be happy to stay in this spacious home again.

Beautiful home the activities that are there were perfect for my teenage kids the pool table was a hit and the heated pool. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great family vacation celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. It was close to the beach and the college. Had plenty of space and was exactly as described! Had plenty of beach items as well. Would definitely stay again!

Property inside and out is beautiful, clean and seems all new. Plenty of room for our adult family of 7. Pool table was a big hit. 10 min walk to beach, can walk or drive. Beach chairs and towels were nice to have.

Wonderful stay!

I have to say, pictures don’t do it justice! This property was true to the listing. It was big enough for everyone and plenty of space! Lots of things to do there from a pool to a pool table! The beds were comfortable and that never seems to happen when you travel. Our only negative comment is, there wasn’t some of the basic items in the kitchen like salt and pepper or foil. But of course the store wasn’t too far! We will definitely stay here again! Close to everything but not too touristy. Perfect location.

Great location

It is a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard. Loved the location. Kitchen needs stocked better but we managed. Loved the air hockey and pool tables but couldn’t figure out how to get the ping pong table together. Pets are allowed but not in the pool. We weren’t told that until we got the house code the day before we got there and my dog loves to swim but we had to time him up so he didn’t get into the pool. The beds were comfortable for a good night sleep.

Our stay at this location was a disaster. We arrived to the location with the property not cleaned from the past renter, so we had to find an other place to stay until they cleaned it. They did clean it, thank you for doing the right thing. After they cleaned it, it still had this weird smell to the property. The location was average. The pool was nice and the pool guys did a great job. Some of the management was nice to work with. Our main point of contact, Taylor never contacted me to talk about our issue. Overall, it was average. I will not be going back.

Great Vacation House!

Great house with lots of amenities. Everything as photographed and in good condition. Outside area is very nice (take some bug spray, we had some bites after late evenings). Kitchen well stocked with appliances and plenty of dishes. Beach towels and supplies came in very handy! Free beach parking close by and we never had issues finding parking there. Neighbors were friendly and close, but backyard makes you feel like you are all alone - it's very private.AC seemed like it had a little trouble keeping up, but the Florida heat wasn't helping any. Room with air hockey and washer/dryer is a converted garage that never really cooled off even with a portable AC unit running during our stay. We had a great stay and would consider renting the house again!
