The oceanfront views, spacious layout, and easy beach access are definitely some of the best parts of the property, and it’s great to know your group was comfortable and able to make the most of it. We also truly appreciate your feedback on the areas that could be improved. We understand the inconvenience of having to stop by the office for key cards and parking passes, as many guests prefer a more direct check-in experience. While this is part of the current process for the building, we always aim to make it as smooth as possible. Your comments about the kitchen setup, cookware, and missing items like oven mitts are very helpful, and we’ll be reviewing and updating those items to better accommodate larger groups. We’ll also take a look at the smoke alarm sensitivity to ensure it’s functioning properly without causing unnecessary disruption.
