Your family of 5 will enjoy this cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with views of the ocean from the side balcony. The bedroom features a Queen bed along with a Single over Full bunk bed.
This condo is a second-floor walk-up. Please be informed, this condo does NOT have a dishwasher, stove, or washer or dryer. The kitchen consists of a microwave, countertop oven/airfryer and a refrigerator. 1 Parking spot is included. This property rents for any 3 nights! Book today! Don’t miss out on spending quality time and making memories with your family in this midtown ocean block condo
Guests must provide sheets, towels, all soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets, including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We had an excellent time staying at the Lazy Whale! The room is small but perfect for a small family. Beach access outside of your door is unbeatable for this price! Room comes equipped with the basics including a beach wagon (very helpful with little ones!).

Best Family Vacation

Perfect location in OC. The check-in and out process was super easy. The condo was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed being right on the beach and having multiple things to do around us.

The only thing that bothered me a little was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower inside curtain was very dirty and they should change the the toilet seat out, because of urine stains. Update those two things and it’s perfect. Everything else great. Would recommend to others and I would stay again.

Nice Unit Great Location!

This renovated unit was nicely appointed and furnished with ideal proximity to beach access, restaurants and a grocery store. Although an effeciency, the layout felt spacious and was sufficient for me and my 8 y.o. twins. Although there wasn't a cook top, a toaster/air fryer oven was provided which came in handy for cooking a few meals. The kitchen had a large sink and nice faucet. However, the under cabinet lighting was not working (four led fixtures powered by AAA batteries) which made seeing a challenge when cleaning dishes.Although the posting listed 1 Queen, 1 Full and 1 XL Twin bed, there were actually 2 Queen beds and 1 standard Twin. Since you have to bring your own sheets this was a challenge as I had brought 1 Queen and 1 Full sheet set. Fortunately, I was able to use a top sheet to cove the second Queen mattress. The "XL" Twin turned out to be just a standard Twin, so that is a bit confusing as I didn't bring our Twin sheets thinking they wouldn't fit. Besides these minor things, it was a great place overall and I would hightly recommend it. We would rent again!
