Location of this property is what is key for access to restaurants and the boardwalk. The building itself is showing its age and the condo unit itself could really use some updated furniture in the living room and balcony spaces. The balcony has cheap plastic worn out chairs that are not comfortable for taking in the ocean views and the balcony was covered in sand. The pull out couch is just plain worn out. The AC system is very loud and wakes you up every time it turns on during the night. The pool area was very nice to relax after a day at the beach and works well for families with small children. Parking was also easy.
