One of the best spots in the condo, the enclosed sunroom is perfect for slow mornings with coffee, unwinding after a beach day, or soaking in the ocean views without ever leaving the unit. It’s also stocked with thoughtful beach extras to make your stay easier, including a large drying rack for towels and swimsuits, a wagon for hauling beach gear, beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for the kids.

Kitchen

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for easy meals, morning coffee, and beach-day snacks. The space includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, an air fryer, toaster, and tea kettle — perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners after the beach.

The coffee bar is set up for slow vacation mornings with both a Keurig and traditional coffee pot, a variety of coffee and tea options, mugs, and flavored syrup pumps so everyone can customize their perfect cup.

For added convenience, there is also an in-unit washer and dryer located in the open kitchen area—ideal for freshening up beach towels, swimsuits, and clothing during your stay.

Dining Area

A relaxed, flexible dining setup connected to the kitchen and living room, making it easy to gather for meals, snacks, games, or planning your next beach day. One reserved off street parking space is included. There is public parking available all around the condo only a short walk away.
