We stay here every year. This location is excellent. Especially if you want out of the party scene. This unit is very nice and clean. Would stay here again if available

Yes except that I was provided the lobby access code along with the condo door code! Luckily someone let me in the building and provided me the code!

*No fob left for pool use, so only had 1 half day in the pool. Office was no help and was uncomfortable asking people to let me in. Made us feel like we just walked onto the property to use pool, not a paying guest. *Pull out couch was NOT comfortable and did not have blankets that fit it ( 2 small throw type blankets) and only one worn out pillow. *King bed was very uncomfortable. I would suggest to at least put a memory foam topper. Could feel every spring and we both woke up every morning with a neck and back ache. Pillows were flattened, worn out. Just small updates would make your place spectacular. ( furnishings, popcorn ceilings were peeling) The location of the unit was great! I wanted to be honest, that's what a review is for. Thank you.

The beach view was stunning!!! The room was clean and spacious for us and our baby! The beach SO quiet! You can’t ask for a more chill location. Price excellent. Only downfall was the bedroom area and bathroom got pretty warm when the partition was pulled! Also, there wasn’t extra sheets for the pull out couch!

Thanks for your feedback! Glad the beach view, quiet location, and spacious, clean room worked well for your family — and that the price was right. Sorry the bedroom and bathroom got warm when the partition was closed. We’ll have our maintenance team check the HVAC/airflow and add a fan or other solution to improve circulation. Apologies also for the missing extra sheets for the pull‑out couch — we’ll make sure extra linens are stocked and clearly available going forward. Was there anything else that would have made this a 5‑star stay? Best regards, Sun Palace Vacation Homes
