This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom1 bath ground floor rental with shared access to 50 feet of sandy beach on Schroon Lake. Short walk from house to beach. Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Within walking distance local restaurants and shopping. Although the property does not have a dock the local marina a short distance from the property. This property offers very relaxing and quiet getaway with beautiful views of Schroon Lake and mountains across the from the lake.

We had a lovely time at this hidden treasure. Pictures do not do it justice, this is a lovely home that has almost everything you need. Walking to the lake morning, noon and night was a pleasure. I wish we could’ve stayed longer and plan to in the future!

Convenient and well provisioned

We appreciated all of the provisions in the house and its easy, convenient location for activities in the area. The neighbors were either away or quiet, which was also a plus.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here! The home had everything that you need to enjoy a fun time at the lake. The location was wonderful. The home could use a solid dusting with cobwebs in a few areas, but for being a home around the lake, it was easy to look past. Thoughtful, welcome goodies. Great folks, great spot.

Thanks so much for your hospitality. We enjoyed staying at your place. We appreciated the readiness of the property (wood available for fire pit, coffee pods ready, plenty of towels to use, spare blankets for the chilly nights, etc.). Very nice escape!

Though finding the property was a bit of a challenge as the road looks like a driveway and the street sign is completely blocked, we were so happy with the cute, tucked away cottage. The place was clean and inviting and we were easily able to walk the mile to town for dinner and drinks. So happy we stayed.

Schroon Lake Stay

My wife and I looking to spend some time in Schroon Lake area and stayed at this location for 2 nights. I found it to be a perfect, comfortable, clean and reasonable accommodation. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, great location. Access to the beach is interesting a there's a path that bypasses the neighbors house closet to the water edge - but once there - the beach front is great with chairs and a great view. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Very nice cabin/house , over all place was very comfortable, cleaning coulb be taken up a notch, commode is wobbling, bolt loose.Nice spot on beach , chairs needs replaced as they are cracked. Host was very nice, all in all i would stsy there again if items listed was fixed.

Hidden Treasure is both a treasure and hidden! Be aware that the street does not appear on Apple Maps! But once we found the comfortable welcoming house we enjoyed the beauty and appreciated the general cleanliness(could use a deeper cleaning-floors, cob webs, etc.) and amenities it provided.

The house was very clean and tidy with all the necessities one could need. Just a small walkway to the lake. Not a lot to do around town, but we came for the lake and relaxation anyways. Super easy to get in touch with the hosts regarding the location (road doesn’t come up on standard gps) or any other needs. ACs in every room along with televisions with cable access. Would definitely stay here again.
