Welcome to this exquisite water view vacation home in the sought out community of Rustico, Prince Edward Island. This custom designed and luxurious home is sitting on over two and half acres with unobstructed views of the North Shore, sitting high at the end of a cul-da-sac.

The large great room provides ease of flow and conversation. The chef's kitchen comes equipped with a large stone island and includes a propane stove, pantry and coffee bar. The large and plentiful windows allow for abundance of natural light, soaking in the sunrise and sunset. The large owner's suite is a private oasis with access to the back covered porch and neighbours a beautiful bathroom that includes a soaker tub. At the opposite end of the home; 2 additional bedrooms and guest bath can be found.

This property also includes beach access through a private community dock. It is only an 18 minute drive to Charlottetown. Kayak from the dock, stroll along Barachois Beach, take in the freshest Island seafood straight from the dock in North Rustico or indulge at the local restaurants. This was a true paradise. The serenity of the setting is unparalleled. The house is well appointed with a fabulously stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and linens, and a gorgeous porch on both sides of the home. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay for a mommy-daughter get away with my 8 year old.

Although the home was lovely and very clean, it was not comfortable for 6 adults, esp. seniors. The master bedroom & bath was perfect except for the deck exit door which due to the absence of a blind /drape, allowed complete view from the deck where we gathered. The main problem was the other 2 bedrooms&bath . They were ill-equiped and not user friendly. The bathroom had no towel racks, tub grab bars or safety bath mat, coupled with its height made it difficult to step in. The toilet was imbalanced as it shifted when using it. The back bedroom had only the bed and 1 side table- no dresser and no place to put anything. The room was extremely hot as it received all the afternoon sun. and no A/C. The front bedroom had no dresser and it was extremetly bright as there were no darkening blinds from the sun in the mornings. The home is great for 2 adults. That was evidenced by the fact, there were only 2 wine glasses. We were very disappointed, especially considering what we paid for the stay.In addition the home was advertised as having access to the beach which was a selling factor for us. That is false as there was no beach, just a marsh. Very disappointing.
