We're glad the location and most of the house worked well for you. We're sorry about the trash left in the garage - our longtime cleaner recently passed away and the new cleaning company wasn't aware garbage needed to be removed, so we've passed that feedback along for future cleanings. We weren't aware of holes in the screens, as no one had mentioned this in two years of renting the property, but we'll look into it, and we'll also order a new cutting board. As for the overgrown pathway, our lawn care team typically comes every two weeks, and we'll address the trimming with them on their next visit.
