The Home was perfect to enjoy family time and had all the amenities for everyone indoors pool table a plus and outdoors with the pool and spa the boat was so much fun and easy to use. The bedroom spaces were actual beds and not bunk beds which was a huge plus for the adults. We captured some great memories during our stay. I would book here again and recommend to other families you won’t be disappointed.

We loved the whole area! House was very nice! Pool & hot tub were excellent! We enjoyed the boat rides also. I would highly recommend the house. We came for the pool and the sun and were not disappointed! The house was very clean, neat and had everything we needed. Being on water is really nice - especially in Arizona! The area has a lot to offer with hiking areas very close, great restaurants and activities!

Wonderful Place

Our family spent four nights at this home last week. There were five adults and 4 children, ages 10-14. The place was clean and exactly as described. The pontoon was fun for exploring the lake and the kids did a little fishing. Because it is a private lake, no fishing licenses are required. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hottub. The kitchen was well supplied and we really enjoyed all of the seating on the patio. We also had fun playing pool. The location of this home was great...close to 101 and also to many restaurants and stores. We've stayed at other homes in Scottsdale that are out in the country, and decided we prefer a location that is close to so many amenities. This home is a great choice!

It's great to hear you enjoyed the pontoon, the fishing, and all the amenities like the heated pool, hottub, and well-stocked kitchen. We're glad you appreciated the convenient location too. We welcome you back anytime!

We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. The house has a great outlook, with good outside space and is in a safe, quiet community, with easy access to the freeway and local shops. Communication was excellent, with responses easily within 30 minutes. We asked for an umbrella for shade, which was provided before our arrival, but the house, trees and covered patio meant it wasn’t needed. This isn’t a 5* property but that’s reflected in the price. As can be seen in the photos, there are a few steps down to the pool so not great for people with mobility issues. We had a lovely, comfortable, easy stay, with everything we needed. I’d absolutely recommend this property and host.

We had an excellent stay at this lakefront home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the property exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We especially loved the lakefront setting and took full advantage of the kayaks and private pontoon boat, which made exploring the lake both easy and fun. The pool and spa were fantastic amenities and provided the perfect place to relax after a day on the water. The pool table was another great feature that kept everyone entertained in the evenings and added to the overall experience. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making this property enjoyable for guests.Communication was excellent, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you for providing such a great vacation experience!
