Very easy walk to the beach. comfortable bed with an adjustable frame, which was a nice bonus. Everything was clean, cooking essentials limited to pots and pans, utensils, salt, and pepper. There’s no beach accessories, and no backyard seating. There are two chairs on the front porch, which were good for sitting long enough for a coffee or a glass of wine.
